Debbie joined the Grove as hospital director in 2021, she has a wealth of leadership experience and enjoys working with the practice team to offer exceptional service to our clients and patients.

Debbie enjoys spending time at home with family and can often be found running in the Cambridgeshire fens with her Husky.

Theresa is Head of the Administration and Reception teams of all three practices, joining us in 2021. She enjoys meeting all the clients and their furry friends and is always willing to help answer any client queries.

In her spare time she loves to spend her time at the beach paddle boarding with her family.

Chloe joined the team at Fakenham in 2018 and is responsible for managing the day to day accounts for the practice and clients. She enjoys getting to know the clients and their pets.

Outside of work Chloe likes to spend her time with friends and family. She has a keen interest in musical theatre, travelling and swimming.

Jo is the insurance administrator for all 3 branches and the orthopaedic referral team. She has worked at the grove since 2008.

At home she enjoys spending time with her son and 2 black cats, Josie & Ebony.

Beverly joined the Grove in March 2022, after working for the NHS for 20 years. She provides administrative support for the Grove referrals orthopaedic team.

Beverly lives with her husband and two children. At home she has two dogs named Jake and Penny, a cat called Bug and a green cheeked conure called Charlie, amongst other pets.

Katie joined The Grove in 2012 as part of the reception team. Following the birth of her first child in 2015, she changed roles to become an orthopaedic referral secretary.

Katie is married with two children and two rescue cats, Rewa and Mario. Outside of work she enjoys days out with her family.

Debbie has been a receptionist at our Swaffham branch since 2012, she enjoys all aspects of her job, especially meeting all the clients and animals that come through the doors.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her own dog Arnie, and her 2 cats Snowy and Ed.

Deanna joined the Grove in 2018 as a receptionist and enjoys meeting clients and their pets.

She has 2 jack Russell’s daisy and Millie who both enjoy long walks on the beach.

Tracey has worked as a receptionist at our Swaffham branch since 2007, she enjoys greeting all the clients and their pets.

Outside of work Tracey has a busy family life with a labradoodle and two cats.

Claire has worked for The Grove in Dereham since 2004. She has an Animal Nursing Assistant certificate (ANA) and enjoys meeting clients and their pets.

Claire keeps busy spending time with her family and walking her two dogs.

Tracey joined the team in 2021, having moved from London six years ago. She loves the diversity that a veterinary receptionist entails.

Outside of work Tracey enjoys the outdoors and walking her dogs.

Tracey joined the reception team in 2014. She is passionate about ensuring our clients have a positive experience whilst in the practice and enjoys working with the team at The Grove to ensure we deliver gold standard client care.

Outside of work Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys long walks. She also has two cats.

Tara joined the Grove in 2016, She enjoys meeting clients and their pets.

Outside of work Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and cat Arthur.

Jenny joined The Grove in 2018 as a receptionist, having previously worked in London as a qualified veterinary nurse, she decided to change roles and work as front of house. Jenny enjoys meeting and greeting the clients.

She has a yellow Labrador 'Bess' who she enjoys walking along the beach.
