Hayley Gould BSc BVetMed MRCVS BSAVA CertSAS
Head Veterinary Surgeon
Hayley graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2008 having completed degrees in both veterinary medicine and veterinary conservation medicine. Following graduation she spent three years working in mixed practice in Hampshire where she developed a keen interest in small animal surgery. Following a year of travelling she moved to Norfolk with her husband and began working at The Grove in 2012. In 2015 she completed a postgraduate certificate in advanced small animal surgery, and in 2021 a postgraduate certificate in advanced soft tissue surgery. Her particular areas of interest are surgical oncology and wound reconstruction but she enjoys all aspects of soft tissue surgery.

As head vet, Hayley balances her clinical time focusing on advanced surgical cases, with administrative time managing the growing vet team!

Outside of work she lives with her young family and vet husband, two cats, a scruffy Terrier and three chickens. She is a keen netball player, runner, baker and reader.
Michelle Beckert BA BVetMed MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Michelle qualified from the RVC in 2009 and completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Dick White Referrals in 2011. She has worked at the Grove since 2012 at all three sites at one point or another. She now is based mainly at our Swaffham site where she has worked for 9 years. She has an interested in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging.

In her spare time she enjoys all aspects of the Norfolk coast from running, to sailing, to kayaking and walking with her partner Marek and dog Bonzo.
Carolina Dorta Siverio
Veterinary Surgeon
Carolina graduated from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain in 2017. During her years on vet school she grew a big interest in Surgery and Oncology. She worked for almost 4 years on a busy first opinion small animal practice in Norfolk before joining The Grove in November 2021. She has recently started a postgraduate certificate in advanced small animal surgery to improve her knowledge and skills.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her partner and friends, and their house is shared with her cat Alice, who she rescued at her first job almost 3 years ago now.
Ginny Fellows MA VetMB CertAVp MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Ginny graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2016 and joined the Grove at the start of 2022. She is currently completing a certificate in small animal medicine following her interest in this field.

Ginny enjoys competing her horse, Maddy, and is kept company at home by four dogs.
Judy Mosedale MA VetMB BSAVA PGCert SAM MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Judy qualified from Cambridge University in 1998 and has worked in mixed and small animal practice ever since. She has a special interest in imaging and medicine. Judy is an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine, after gaining her Post Graduate Certificate in this discipline in 2016. Judy has a lot of experience with radiography and ultrasound and is excited to join our team and looking forward to developing this area of our services. She is currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging.

At home she has a cat, a Border Terrier, and a horse, who all keep her busy outside of work! She also likes running and baking in her free time.
Zainab Patel BVetMed MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Zainab qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and has been working at our practice since March 2020. Zainab has a keen interest in small animal medicine, in particular feline medicine and small animal epilepsy.

In her spare time Zainab enjoys walks along the coast, wildlife photography and baking.
Shameena Sharja B.V.Sc & A.H, M.V.Sc (Surgery and Radiology), PGCert Small Animal Surgery, MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Shameena graduated from Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, India, in 2012. After a few years working in small animal and equine practices around the world, she gained a Master's degree in Surgery and Radiology from Punjab University, India in 2016.

She joined Grove in 2020 and achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2021. Her main interests are soft tissue surgery, laparoscopic surgery and diagnostic imaging.
Joshua Welland BSc BVetMed MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Josh Graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in July 2015 having completed degrees in both veterinary medicine and bioveterinary science. Initially he worked in a mixed practice in the East Midlands before focusing on small animals as a permanent then locum vet working across the east midlands and London. Josh joined Grove in 2019 to develop his interests in Surgery and dentistry.

He lives near Fakenham with his partner, who is also a vet, their Cocker Spaniel Wilbur and cat Marmaduke. In his spare time Josh enjoys outdoor pursuits like skiing, hiking and dog walks along the Norfolk coast.
