The Grove Veterinary Hospital and Clinics runs an animal ambulance that is equipped to transport dogs and cats of all sizes.

The vehicle is purpose built with high quality stainless steel cages and a hygienic waterproof internal lining to allow thorough cleaning. It is possible for one passenger to be carried as well as the driver.

The ambulance makes a daily round between our three surgeries, but is also available to provide a collection and delivery service for clients who have difficulty getting into one of our three surgeries. Our kennel assistants who are experienced in handling and caring for sick animals operate the vehicle.

Enquiries about our ambulance service should be made to reception. A small fee is charged for collecting animals and transporting them to and from owner’s houses, depending on distance and the size of animal.
